Bauwer Standard 25 L

Bauwer Standard Thermal Insulation Perlite Mix is made of cement binder and environmentally friendly mineral fillers – vermiculite and perlite.
It is used for insulating and leveling facades made of ceramic blocks, aerated concrete blocks, and foam blocks, as well as providing additional protection against atmospheric precipitation and UV radiation.
Also suitable for insulating interior window reveals, additional insulation and leveling of interior walls.
An excellent base for ceramic tile cladding.

Vapor-permeable plaster for implementing bold technical solutions. Non-combustible and eco-friendly plaster for insulation.

Thermal conductivity coefficient — 0.08 W / (m • ºK).
The increased vapor permeability of the material prevents excess moisture accumulation within the wall or ceiling structure and eliminates the formation of condensation zones throughout the entire insulation layer.

Bulk density of the thermal insulation mortar — 330 kg/m³.

Suitable for manual and mechanized application.

The contents of one package of dry mix yield at least 25 liters of mortar mix, sufficient to cover 1 m² with a thickness of 25 mm.

Thermal homogeneity coefficient — 1.

Effective service life of the insulation system based on Bauwer thermal insulation mixes — over 25 years.
