Bauwer Lime 25 L

Bauwer LIME Thermal Insulation Plaster is made on the basis of lime binder with thermal insulation mineral fillers – perlite and vermiculite.
Leveling the wall + additional insulation + protection = affordable price.

Thanks to the content of the natural antiseptic, lime, the material has antibacterial properties, preventing the formation of various fungi and mold on walls.
Lime acts as a natural moisture regulator and helps create a healthy indoor microclimate.
The composition of Bauwer Lime thermal insulation mix includes perlite, which makes it a type of thermal insulation perlite plaster.
The material has high porosity and high vapor permeability.
This combination of characteristics allows the product to be used as renovation (sanitation) plaster.
Renovation plaster prevents efflorescence and, due to capillary moisture transfer and high vapor permeability, dries the surface and removes excess moisture.
This product belongs to fully eco-friendly materials.

Applied on an adhesive contact layer – “spray coat.” Coverage area must be at least 80% of the surface.

Application thickness: from 15 to 50 mm.

Thermal conductivity coefficient — 0.074 W / (m • ºK).
The increased vapor permeability of the material prevents excess moisture accumulation within the wall or ceiling structure and eliminates the formation of condensation zones throughout the entire insulation layer.

Bulk density of the thermal insulation mortar — 375 kg/m³.

Suitable for manual and mechanized application.

The contents of one package of dry mix yield at least 25 liters of mortar mix, sufficient to cover 1 m² with a thickness of 25 mm.

Thermal homogeneity coefficient — 1.

Effective service life of the insulation system based on Bauwer thermal insulation mixes — over 25 years.
