Description
Bauwer M 700 Thermal Insulation Dry Mix is designed for masonry of walls made of energy-efficient materials. Warm masonry mortars are used for laying ceramic blocks, ceramic bricks, etc. Bauwer M 700 is produced from a cement binder, a number of additives, and a thermal insulation filler – perlite grade M75, which makes the product the most efficient warm masonry mortar on the market with thermal conductivity that is almost identical to that of warm ceramics. These values are five times lower than those of ordinary cement mortar. The absence of “cold bridges” in masonry significantly increases the energy-saving properties of the wall itself and eliminates heat loss through the joints.
Using Bauwer M 700 minimizes heat loss, prevents freezing and mold formation inside the house, and saves your heating costs. Bauwer M 700 is used for masonry of ceramic porous blocks and other wall materials, such as block 2NF, etc. The product is included in the list of energy-efficient materials, for which compensation can be obtained under the state “warm” credit program.
When using the ready-made thermal insulation mortar:
- High uniformity of the mortar is ensured by automated production processes. The joints remain equally “warm” throughout the masonry.
- Good plasticity and adhesion make work easier and reduce mortar consumption.
- Accurate dosing of components prevents efflorescence on the wall surface.
