Vermiculite slabs by BAUWERare a material in the form of slabs made by pressing a semi-dry mass of vermiculite with subsequent heat treatment and are intended for use as non-combustible thermal insulation, lining and to improve the fire resistance of various structures.

Vermiculite boards PVN produced by Research and Production Enterprise Ukrvermiculite LLC are used:

• in the production of industrial and elevator equipment;
• in the manufacture of fire-resistant doors, ventilation valves, partitions, safes, etc.;
• installation of ventilation equipment and chimney thermal packages;
• as a lining and thermal insulation of thermal units and fireplace inserts;
• as Fire Protection of wooden, reinforced concrete, and steel structures.

Plates, depending on the purpose and density, are divided into grades:
• PVN-450 is a BAUWER vermiculite non-combustible board with a density of 450 kg/m3;
• PVN-550 is a BAUWER vermiculite non-combustible board with a density of 550 kg/m3;
• PVN-650 is a BAUWER vermiculite non-combustible board with a density of 650 kg/m3;
• PVN-800 is a BAUWER vermiculite non-combustible board with a density of 800 kg/m3;

The slabs are packed on flat wooden pallets equal to or larger than the size of the slabs, with corrugated cardboard placed under the first, last and every 10th row of slabs. A protective rectangular square is installed on each corner of the pallet with plates. After that, the plates are carefully wrapped with stretch film in several layers. The maximum packaging height should not exceed 1.6 m. The maximum weight of a pallet with plates is 1100 kg.

Additionally, vermiculite boards of TM BAUWER can be lined with metal and covered with foil.

BAUWER vermiculite boards are manufactured in accordance with TU U V.2.7-26.8-31101383-002-2002.
